I am having trouble making calls and/or sending SMSes. What am I doing wrong?
If you’re having trouble figuring out how to go about making calls or sending text messages, please read our “How to Use” section. It contains step-by-step instructions for both calls and texts. For issues related with the service itself, please note that firewalls and ad blockers have been known to cause problems with Speedcom. It is therefore recommended that you first rule out all possibilities of it being a local problem. For instance, try calling the Denver weather forecast service at +1-303-3372-500 and if you don’t get through look for possible conflicts. Also, if possible, please try and recreate the issue on a different PC. If after having done all of the above, you’re convinced that the problem might actually be at our end, please report the issue.
